Palette Color Switcher is a package developed by DoubleMThemes that allows theme builders to speed up the frontend color management setup for theme developers. It was integrated with xpalladium to create the Backend Color Manager of the theme.
If you are a newer Drupal user, you will find it very useful to change theme colors using the Drupal Color module API.
